BEST EVER Protein Bars

I unfortuantely don't even remember where I adapted these bars from, but they are AMAZING!!! The freeze amazing, and thaw out super quick!! Make an extra large batch, chill so they aren't as sticky, then cut into squares and wrap individually for the freezer!! Great for a grab and go snack!!!

NOTE ** Add the apple sauce and almond milk slowly, sometimes they get really sticky!! Add and mix until they are the consistency that you like!! You won't be disappointed with these bars, I promise!!!

Best Ever Homemade Protein Bars!!

2 Cups Oatmeal1 Cup chocolate whey

1/4 cup slivered almonds …

1/3 Cup dried Cranberries

1/2TBSPcinammon

1/4 Cup of Natural Peanute Butter/Almond Butter

1/8 Cup Agave

1 tsp Vanilla

1/4 Cup Unsweetened Chocolate or Vanilla Almond Milk

1/4 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce

1/4 Cup 70% Dark Chocolate Mix Dry ingredients In a seperate bowl mix wet ingredients and microwave a few seconds to make it easier to mix. The mix wet and dry ingredients together and spread out into a parchment lined 9×9 dish. Refridgerated or even freeze for a bit till solid and easier to cut into squares! Makes 9 Squares
