BEST EVER PROTEIN PANCAKES
Want to taste the BEST pancakes you've ever had, and not feel an OUNCE of guilt??? Then you have to try these!!! They are INCREDIBLY DELICOUS, and SO EASY to manipulate for your tastes and change it up for variety!! Better yet, they are SO SIMPLE to prepare!!! You won't miss the easy peasy packaged stuff, I PROMISE!!! ;) Recipe: Makes 2 large Pancakes
1/2 Cup Of Cottage Cheese ( I promise you will have NO IDEA it's in there!)
1/2 Cup of Egg Whites
1/2 Cup of Oatmeal
Dash of Cinnamon
Stevia to Taste
Blend all the ingredients up in a magic bullet or similar, and cook on the stovetop!!! Top with some delicious syrup ( I use Walden Farms ) or fresh fruit
Macros: Calories 300, Protein 35g, Carbs 33g, Fat 4g, Sugar 4g, Fiber 4g
Additional Add Ins?? : Cocoa Powder, Coconut, Peanut Butter/Almond Butter or PB2, Chocolate Chips, Berries, Nutmeg, Pumpin or Pumkin Pie Spice, etc!! The combinations are endless!!! :)
